劇毒農藥「巴拉刈」常年是國人輕生的最恐怖殺手，致死率最高達70%，國內已下達禁令明年2月全面禁用，但台北榮總臨床毒藥物諮詢中心觀察統計，使用替代品「固殺草」輕生的人數已經在急速上升，去年就有2、30人，雖然致死率6%低上許多，但後遺症不少，嚴重中毒仍會休克、抽筋甚至引發失憶症。

台北榮總臨床毒藥物諮詢中心今日舉辦「國內農藥中毒及防治措施之最新進展」學術研討會，與會專家紛紛提醒禁用「巴拉刈」後，數種可能接替其殺手地位的新農藥威脅，建議政府及早因應，或考量針對較毒者採「代噴」做法。

其中又以「巴拉刈」的替代品「固殺草」濫用輕生數字增長最引發關注，因為類似情形，韓國早在2012年10月禁用「巴拉刈」之後就有前例。

台北榮總臨床毒藥物諮詢中心主任楊振昌表示，近年使用「固殺草」輕生人數幾乎是呈倍數快速成長，該中心統計每年都有2、30例，雖然中毒死亡率低，但嚴重中毒者，初期一二天可能出現低血壓、抽筋，隨後還可能引發失憶症，對中毒前的記憶呈現一片空白。

楊振昌近期就收治一名70多歲老先生因為與家人吵架，一時氣憤，灌下「固殺草」輕生，救治雖無大礙，但醒來時，完全忘了中毒之前發生過的事情，即典型的失憶後遺症。

另一大潛在新殺手則是農藥「克凡派」。楊振昌強調，其可怕之處在於中毒後初期看似沒事，卻可能在2、3天後急速惡化，因為其會阻礙體內能量之的產生，在韓國、印度都有零星個案傳出；在國內，楊振昌說，去年接獲20多例「克凡派」中毒案例，初步死亡率達到10到20%。

楊振昌提醒，一旦發生誤食農藥，第一時間千萬別催吐，否則不但沒效果還可能嗆入造成肺炎等二次傷害，應送醫在1小時內洗胃、灌活性碳，有解毒劑可用最好，若無醫院也會給予支持性療法。
